Free Healthcare Reform, ERISA Compliance Seminar scheduled

| July 29, 2014

COSHOCTON – The Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce and Specialty Insurance & Financial Services have teamed up to present a free seminar to aid businesses in learning how the new Affordable Care Act (ACA) may impact area businesses and employees.

In this seminar you will learn about new health insurance options and obtain tools and resources to maneuver through the health care reform maze. This is not an insurance sales pitch – ERISAcompliance is not an option – it is the law. At this seminar, you can make sure your plan documents are properly prepared and ready to distribute to your employees and also that your business is ready for a DOL audit.

This event will take place at the Central Ohio Technical College (200 N. Whitewoman St.) in room 150. The seminar will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 8. Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. with a free complimentary breakfast and pertinent materials to ensure ERISA compliance. All of this is free, but you will need to RSVP to Coshocton Chamber of Commerce at 622-5411 or e-mail amystockdale@coshoctonchamber.com or connielahna@coshoctonchamber.com. Please RSVP by Wednesday, Aug. 6, as this class will fill up quickly.
