Gordon C. Hart
PLAINFIELD – Gordon C. Hart, 57, of Plainfield passed away Monday, January 21, 2019 at his home. He was born in Coshocton on February 24, 1961 to the late Gene and Erma (Derr) Hart.
He was a 1978 graduate of Ridgewood High School and previously worked for Hart and Son Excavating and the State Store. He loved working on his farm and being a Linton Township Trustee.
Gordon is survived by his sister Kathy (Bruce) Reid of Coshocton; nephews Adam (Emily) Reid of Raleigh, NC and Andy (Christa) Reid of Denver, CO; longtime friend Jenna Mencer; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and neighbors.
Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on Wednesday, January 23, 2019 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm and one hour prior to the funeral service. Funeral services for Gordon will be held on Thursday at 11:00am with Pastor John Armstrong officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be directed towards the American Cancer Society or the Linton Township Trustee Memorial Day Fund; envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
