Grady Snyder
WARSAW – Grady Patrick Snyder, 5 weeks old, died Sunday, April 20, 2014 at Nationwide Children’s Hospital in Columbus.
He was born March 10, 2014 at the OSU Medical Center to Patrick and Stephanie (Lapp) Snyder of Warsaw.
In addition to his parents, Pat & Stephanie, Grady is survived by maternal grandparents, David & Alana Lapp of Coshocton, maternal great-grandparents; Warren & Dorothy Lapp and Alan & Kaye Potts all of Coshocton, maternal great-great grandmother, Janice Bechtol of Coshocton, paternal grandparents , Bob & Denise Snyder of Woodville, paternal great-grandparents, Joe & Joanne Zdunczyk of Toledo, aunts & uncles; Jennifer & Jason Massie of Coshocton, Michelle & Nathan Way of McConnellsville, Mike & Katie Nieman of Columbus, Brian & Andrea Snyder of Lima, and Chad & Darcy Miller of Warsaw, cousins; Luke & Layton Massie, Matthew & Landry Nieman, Jenna Snyder, and Gavin Miller, as well as many other aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his sister, Addy Anne Snyder.
A private graveside service for Grady will be held at Valley View Cemetery with Pastor Chris Cutshall officiating. Public calling hours will be held at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw from 2-4 p.m. on Wednesday, April 23, 2014. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
