Greater Coshocton Community Watch warns against unlawful parking
COSHOCTON – Beginning Saturday April 11, members of the Greater Coshocton Community Watch group will be going throughout the city of Coshocton passing out information to citizens about unlawful parking in the city of Coshocton. Community Watch Member Cliff Biggers states “this is a reminder for Coshocton citizens to be aware of unlawful parking and the possibilities of having your vehicle towed and or cited.”
The warning information will also list the City of Coshocton’s website where citizens can look up the codified ordinance in Chapter 351 and see how unlawful parking is defined in the ordinance. This information is a courtesy of the Greater Coshocton Community Watch group and only intended as a warning for any citizen who may be parking unlawfully and may or may not be aware. Only law enforcement officers can cite and or tow vehicles for parking violations.
Your vehicle may be cited and or towed at the owner’s expense if you are parking unlawfully. Greater Coshocton Community Watch group meets the last Thursday of the month. The public is invited. For more information you may contact (740) 622-7923.
