Guest singer coming to Prairie Chapel
Pastor Matt Wilson cordially invites the public to attend the Sunday, June 11, 10:30 a.m. service at Prairie Chapel Methodist Church located at 45494, CR 23, Coshocton, where their special guest singer will be Darius McBride.
Darius received his music education degree from Malone University in 2016. While at Malone, he studied voice with Dr. Cynthia Wohlschlager and was part of the Malone Opera Theater (MOT), MU Chorale and Chamber Choir. He taught music at Kingsway Christian School (Orville) for three years and four years at Fostoria Junior High and High School (Fostoria). He just recently accepted the position of choral director (grades nine to 12) at Westerville South High School. McBride is also co-director of the All Ohio State Fair Youth Choir.
McBride will sing two songs at PCMC ~ a beautiful setting of “Great is Thu Faithfulness” arranged by Dan Forrest and Richard Smallwood’s “Total Praise.” For information, call the church at 740-622-3992 during regular business hours or leave a message.
