The Small Business Development Center from Kent State University Tuscarawas recently announced that local entrepreneur Kirby Hasseman is joining the team. Hasseman will provide coaching and consulting for small businesses looking to grow their business, market their services or even get their venture off the ground.

“We are excited to have Kirby Hasseman join our team, “says SBDC Director Steve Schillig. “Kirby is a seasoned marketing professional and entrepreneur. We think he can really help our clients.”

Small Business Development Centers (SBDCs) provide free marketing, financing, and business-related assistance to local entrepreneurs. In Coshocton County, the SBDC is a partner with the Coshocton County Chamber of Commerce and the Coshocton County Port Authority to help businesses succeed in the community.

“I am honored to be a small part of the SBDC,” Hasseman said. “I look forward to helping entrepreneurs’ market and grow their businesses. And I love that the service is free.”
