HER, REALTORS announce awards and merger
The annual award ceremony for HER, REALTORS was held in May. The local HER, REALTORS Coshocton Office was delighted to bring home multiple awards for their efforts throughout the 2021 year. HER, REALTORS Realtor, Brent Mason was awarded Ohio’s Rising Star of the Year for 2022. Mason became licensed as a real estate agent in October 2020. He is a graduate of Coshocton High School and went on to attend The Ohio State University. The qualifications for the Rising Star of the Year 2022 include having the first 12 months as a licensed real estate agent must fall within the 2021 calendar year as well as having at least 10 total transaction sides. Mason won in both categories of units and volume for the entire state of Ohio.
Other Realtors from the Coshocton office that received awards include: Donnie Jacobs, Brian Lowe and Candice Waggoner receiving the Director’s Club Award; Candy Hostetter and Nicole Maynard receiving the Broker’s Club Award; Brent Mason Receiving the President’s Club Award; and Karla Norris and Carly Thompson receiving both the President’s Club Award and Title Core Service Award.
This will be the last summer to see the red HER, REALTORS signs throughout Coshocton County. As the year progresses, Howard Hanna Real Estate Services will continue their strategic growth plan by merging with HER, REALTORS, to become the country’s largest agent owned real estate firm. This will add approximately 1,200 agents and 90 offices to Howard Hanna’s portfolio, expanding its footprint in Ohio, Michigan, and northern Kentucky.
