Informational session on housing financial aid
One in six Ohio homeowners are either delinquent on their mortgage payments or are in foreclosure.
Ohio is one of the hardest hit states in the country for mortgage delinquencies and foreclosures, but programs exist to help qualifying homeowners remain in their homes.
Your local OSU Extension office has partnered with the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA), ServeOhio and AmeriCorps to connect Ohio homeowners with potential sources of financial assistance.
OSU Extension Housing Corps assists homeowners with the online application process for the foreclosure prevention program, Restoring Stability.
There will be an informational session on Wednesday, Oct. 10 from 5:30 – 7:30 p.m. at the Coshocton Public Library. Contact Hayley Sturtz or Jessica Walters at the Coshocton County Extension Office at 622-2265 with any questions or to RSVP.
