Injury-accident reported on April 18
On April 18, 2020, at approximately 12:59 p.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s office received a 911 call in reference to an injury-accident at the intersection of CR 271 and CR 273.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that Richard Barr, 59-years-old, from Muskingum County was traveling eastbound on CR 273, when Barr went through the intersection of CR 271, off the road and struck a tree.
Barr was flown from the scene by Medflight to grant medical center. The condition of Barr was unknown at the time of the release.
Also assisting at the scene was Coshocton County EMS, Conesville Fire Department and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
