Jack Eugene Arnold, 79, died Wednesday, April 16, 2025 at the Genesis Hospice Morrison House in Zanesville.

He was born Aug. 6, 1945 in Holmes Co. to the late Robert and Dorothy (Ling) Arnold. He was a graduate of the former Killbuck High School, and a supervisor at Rice-Chadwick for over 50 years.

He is survived by his wife of 62 years, Susan (McGrady) Arnold; a son, Jack Jr. (Chris) Arnold; two daughters, Michele (Jon) McFarland, and Lita (Rusty) Grudier; four grandchildren, Skii (Meg) Fortune, Kaden Arnold, Tiffany Grudier, and Garon Grudier; six great-grandchildren, Preston Fortune (Chelsea), Riley Grudier, Wyatt Grudier, Garrett Grudier, Jessie Grudier, and Joey Grudier; a great-great-grandchild, Oakley Fortune; a brother, Bobby Arnold; a sister, Patty Monager; and several nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three grandchildren, Lukas, Garrett, and Nickolas Fortune; two brothers, Homer Arnold, and Tom Arnold; and sisters, Gertrude Raber, Shirley Galford, and Lillian Bretz.
