James C. “Jim” Levingston
James C. “Jim” Levingston, 75, Fresno, passed away at Lafayette Pointe Nursing Home in West Lafayette on Friday January 3, 2025.
Jim was born on March 1, 1949, in Rocky Fork, OH to the late Robert and Gladys M. (Donley) Levingston.
He worked as a Journeyman Electrician for the IBEW Local 1105 for 42 years before retiring. He enjoyed working in his garden, he grew the best tomatoes, farming, hit and miss engines, attending auctions, telling stories and he was most known for his “Jimmyisms”.
Jim is survived by his wife of forty-five years, Carol (Bevins) Levingston; and two nephews Levi and Jeb Levingston.
Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother Jeffrey Levingston.
Friends may call at The Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Thursday, January 9, 2025 from 10:00am – 11:00am where a funeral service will begin at 11:00am with Pastor Lloyd Tenney officiating. Private Interment will be held at Rocky Fork Cemetery, Newark, Ohio at a later time.
