James J. Fallon

James J. Fallon of Coshocton, passed away on Tuesday, February 27, 2024 in Richfield, Ohio. He was born on March 27, 1940 in Coshocton to the late Raymond and Mildred (Crossley) Fallon. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart and worked at Shaw Barton/JII as a Press Operator until his retirement. On May 3, 1963, he married Elosie (Ashcraft) Fallon, who passed in 2006. In his earlier years, he was active in Judo, receiving his black belt. He was an avid sports fan and cheered on the Cleveland Browns, Ohio State Buckeyes, and the Coshocton Redskins, attending many football and basketball games. He was a people person and enjoyed his breakfast at Hardee’s with the guys. He loved his little dog, Baby that he walked regularly. He liked driving nice cars and loved his Corvette.

He is survived by his children, Jon (Kim) Fallon of Richfield, Ohio, and Julie (Billy Francis) Fallon Born of Dublin, Ohio; grandchildren, Shawn (Shanyn) Fallon, Jaron (Rachel) Fallon, Ian Born, and Amanda Jarrell; three great- grandchildren and sister, Elisabeth (Robert Blackstone) Clark; brother-in-law, William Crenshaw and sister-in-law, Jan Fallon, several nieces, and nephews and lady friend, Lisa Newell.

He is preceded in death by his brothers, Jimmy and Jack Fallon and sister Vivian Crenshaw.

A cremation will take place with The Miller-Kaser Cremation Servies.
