Jayden Paul Prilaman
Jayden Paul Prilaman, age 7, went to be with Jesus on November 12, 2013. Jayden fought a courageous battle with cancer. Jayden never complained about any of the medical treatments launched to save his life, but met them with bravery and courage.
In June of 2013, Jayden was Baptized, received his First Holy Communion, and received the Sacrament of Confirmation at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with Fr. Bill Hritsko officiating. Jayden’s religious beliefs were very important to him.
Jayden touched many lives in the Coshocton, Columbus, and Orlando areas. Make-A-Wish granted him a trip to Walt Disney World where he spent the last week of his life. His last week was full of fun and enjoyment. Give Kids the World opened their arms and hearts to him and where he enjoyed his last Christmas with Santa.
Jayden was an excellent 2nd grader at Sacred Heart School in Coshocton.
He was loved by the students and staff. Their support and encouragement was precious to him, and to his foster family.
He is survived by his loving father Ron Prilaman of Columbus and loving mother Nicci L. Burns of Chillicothe.
Jayden was a gift from the Lord to the Alvarez family of Coshocton. They include foster parents, Jimm and Pat Alvarez, half brothers Tyler Prilaman and Jasiah Burns, foster brothers Adam Alvarez, Corey Alvarez, foster sister, Kyrie Alvarez, and many extended family members. Jayden was loved by all and is resting in heaven with Jesus, all of His Angels and Saints.
