Jennie Mae Fletcher
Jennie Mae Fletcher, 86, of Coshocton passed away at 2:50 p.m., Saturday, April 4, 2015 at Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.
Born September 7, 1928 in Newcomerstown, she was the daughter of the late Arthur Cecil and Anna Marybell (Wright) McGee.
Jennie was a licensed practical nurse and had been employed in area nursing homes and also was a homecare nurse. Her family was very important in her life especially her grandchildren and all the great and great-great-grandchildren.
Jennie was first married to Lindy Eugene McConnell and in 1978 she married Archie J. Fletcher who preceded her in death.
Surviving are three sons Larry (Vicki) McConnell of East Liverpool, Terry McConnell of San Diego, CA, Gregory McConnell of Indianapolis, IN; daughter Linda McConnell of Coshocton; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; sister Vera Gerber of Massillon; many nieces, nephews, step-children and their families.
In addition to her husband and parents, Jennie was preceded in death by a son Rusty McConnell, two brothers Richard McGee, Wesley McGee, and two sisters Mary Roman, Shirley Boone.
Calling hours will be held from 12 Noon to 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, April 8, 2015, followed by a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. at the Free Funeral Home with Rev. Pat Peebles officiating. Interment will be in Fairfield Cemetery, West Lafayette.
