John L. Patterson
John L. Patterson, 87, passed away at his residence on Wednesday April 16, 2025.
John was born in Clark on August 5, 1937. He was a graduate of Keene High School. He married Darlene Kitchen on April 4, 1955. He was the owner of Patterson Wiring, and was a volunteer fireman with North Tuscarawas for 25 years. John was also an avid Ohio State fan.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Maude (Arnold) Patterson; brothers, Bernard, Robert, Charles Ray, William, Albert, Alvin, Calvin, Gail, and Jerry along with their spouses; sisters, Mildred Casey, Faye Wagers, and Juanita Bucklew as well as their spouses; sons-in-law, Les Johnson and Chuck Triacheff, and his father and mother-in-law, Bethel and Delores Kitchen.
Surviving is his wife of 70 years, Darlene; daughters, Debbie Johnson of Coshocton, and Beth (Tony) Frasher of North Port, FL; granddaughters, Carrie (Jason) Dean and Leslie (Darren) Mansfield; great grandchildren, Delena and Dalton Dean, and Austin Mansfield; brother, Kenneth (Karen) Patterson, and sister-in-law, Wanda Beck of Coshocton; and many nieces, nephews, neighbors, and friends.
