Jolina Dianne Holpp
Jolina Dianne Holpp, affectionately known as Jody, age 49, of Fresno, OH, peacefully departed this life to rest with the Lord on September 10, 2024. She was born on June 10, 1975, in Coshocton, OH, to Robert Wallace and the late Cheryl Dianne Duff. Jolina is cherished as the beloved sister of Brandon Wallace and Opal (James) Johnson.
Jolina is preceded in death by her dear mother, Cheryl Dianne Duff. She leaves behind her devoted husband, Virgil John Holpp; her sons, Chip (Stephanie) Matthews, James (Sierra) Matthews, and Austin (Sasha) Holpp; her daughter, Breanna (Matthew) Greene; along with her grandsons Remmington, Gunnar, Jackson, and Brody, and granddaughters Kyrstin, Mylee, Harper, Megan, Matisyn, and Persephone.
Throughout her life, Jolina exemplified the spirit of an angel, dedicating herself to the service of others as a compassionate nurse. Her remarkable ability to nurture and support those around her made her a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend. Jolina was a true warrior of God, and her absence will be profoundly felt by all who knew her.
In the words of Loretta Lynn, “I wouldn’t have dared ask God for all that He’s given me. I couldn’t have done it on my own. I thank God every day for what I have.”
As she transitioned to her heavenly home, Jolina wished to express her heartfelt gratitude to her special cousin, Tracy Lynn, for her unwavering support and love over the years, akin to that of a sister. She also extended her appreciation to Machiel for providing care and comfort during her final days.
Family and friends are invited to pay their respects from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, September 16th. Funeral services will be conducted at Free Funeral Home on Tuesday, September 17th, 2024, at 11:00 a.m.
