Boring001WARSAW- Joseph Clinton Boring, 54, of TR 78, passed away at his home surrounded by his loving family on Monday Oct. 21, 2013.

He was born July 23, 1959 in Zanesville to the late William Franklin and Katherine Marie (Tittle) Boring.  He worked for the City of Coshocton Street Department for over 30 years until his retirement.  He loved playing horseshoes, cards, corn hole, drinking beer, fishing, fixing tractors, hunting, and spending time with his three girls.

He is survived by his wife of 26 years, Ruth (Rhodes) Boring of Warsaw, two daughters; Jodi & Billie Jo Boring of Warsaw, two brothers-in-law; Walter C. Rhodes of Warsaw, and David A. Rhodes of Dresden, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Boring, a brother-in-law, Bobbi A. Rhodes, and his mother-in-law, Carole Rhodes.

Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Friday Oct. 25, 2013 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Ron Davis officiating.  Burial will follow in Smith Hill Union Cemetery near Tunnel Hill.  Calling hours are 5-7 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.  www.fischerfuneralhome.com
