Kathy Sue Duff
COSHOCTON – Kathy Sue Duff age 64 of Coshocton, Ohio died Friday December 8, 2017 at the Genesis Hospital following a short illness.
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Tuesday December 12, 2017 at the Free Funeral Home with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Burial will be at the Franklin Cemetery. Friends may call two hours prior to service from noon to 2:00 P.M. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Kathy was born December 31, 1952 in Coshocton, Ohio and was the daughter of Thomas and Betty (Tarman) Thornesley Newell Sr. On November 27, 1971 she married Kenneth Duff and he survives. She was a graduate of River View High School. She was a homemaker and a volunteer at the car shows at the first Friday in Coshocton and she liked to read novels and books.
She was survived by two daughters Tammy Duff Lanham of Coshocton, Ohio, Christina (David) England of Coshocton, Ohio; one son Shawn (Michelle) Duff of Coshocton, Ohio; 4 grandchildren Deanna, Dillon, Destiny and Austin; 1 great grandchild Keyari Jo; a sister Delois Hough; a brother Charles Steve Newell; three brother-in-laws Charles (Ida) Duff, Ralph (Margaret) Hughes and James Hughes and two sister-in-laws Carol (Greg) Nommay and Babette Carter.
She was preceded in death by a brother Thomas Newell Jr. and two sisters Debra Huffman and Marlene Stubbs; mother-in-law Florence (Albert) Hughes and father-in-law Howard Duff.
Family suggest memorial contributions be made to Our Town Coshocton, First Friday envelopes will be provided at the funeral home.
