Kenneth DeWitt

Kenneth DeWitt, age 74, of Coshocton passed away on January 22, 2025 at Aultman Hospital. He was born on March 7, 1950 in Coshocton to the late Raymond and Freida (Perkins) DeWitt. Following his graduation from high school, he entered the United States Army where he served as a tank commander in Germany from 1970-1972. After returning home, he entered the workforce at Pretty Products, where he would work for 36 years. On May 11, 1974, he married Barbara (Lowe) DeWitt, who survives. He enjoyed being outside whether it was tinkering in the yard, doing a wood working project or taking his granddaughters for an adventure. He was a goofy, funny guy that was always up to teasing someone, especially his granddaughters.

Along with his wife, he is survived by his children, Melissa (Jon Qualls) DeWitt and Matthew (Katie) DeWitt; granddaughters, Aleisha and Isabelle DeWitt; sister, Maxine McCammon as well as several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be on Friday, January 31, 2025 from 4pm to 6pm. A memorial service will begin at 6pm with Pastor Erik Hall officiating. The Coshocton County Veterans Honor Guard will perform military honors at 6pm.
