Kno-Ho-Co stops face-to-face appointments

| March 16, 2020

Due to the uncertainty we are all experiencing surrounding the Coronavirus, Kno-Ho-Co-Ashland Community Action Commission will no longer be conducting face-to-face appointments for the Winter Crisis Program or the Percentage of Income Payment Plan Plus (PIPP) or the Emergency Services Programs until further notice.

The agency is working diligently to process and assist all clients in a timely manner.  It will be conducting the application process via a mail, drop-off and phone interview process. Call the office at 740-622-9801 for instructions on how to begin this process. As a reminder, the Winter Crisis Program ends Tuesday, March 31.  Please plan ahead so the requirements are met before the cut-off date.
