Leadership Coshocton County holds graduation
Leadership Coshocton County held its 33rd graduation ceremony for the Class of 2024 on May 16, at the M Event Centre, located on the grounds of Coshocton KOA.
Family, friends and employers gathered on a warm spring evening to celebrate a year of success. Treated to presentations by members of the class, audience members learned about their year in leadership through the lens of the curriculum, Positive Leadership.
Graduates of the class of 2024 include: Robert Buxton; Joel I. Carr, McWane Ductile; LaTasha M. Fralin, Burger King; Hannah G. Gallagher, Coshocton Port Authority; Jennifer Gatto, Echoing Hills Village, Inc.; José I. Hernandez, West Lafayette Police Department; Tammy Hicks, Village of West Lafayette; Mindy Housholder, Park National Bank; Mary Jackson, McWane Ductile; Amanda Klein, Hathaway Inc.; Dustin Klein, Hathaway Inc.; Heather Michael, Wiley Companies; Richard A. Rausch, Jr., Kokosing Construction; Charity Simmerman, Coshocton County Board of DD; Janae Stevens, LeRetilley Event Center; Christopher Walters, West Lafayette Police Department; Amy Wise, Coshocton Regional Medical Center; and Karen Wright, CES Credit Union.
The class community project supported Clary Gardens to create and build a habitat to attract moths and butterflies within the children’s garden.
Members and guests enjoyed dinner catered by Schumaker Farms before Executive Director Betsy Gosnell began the evening by welcoming guests; recognizing funders; employers and program planners and thanking the community for their continued support. Bob Pell, executive director for the Coshocton Foundation, welcomed and congratulated the leaders. Leadership Coshocton Advisory Board Chair Lisa McCoy, congratulated the graduates encouraging them to put to use the lessons learned through Leadership Coshocton and the curriculum.
