Leadership graduates its class of 2023

Leadership Coshocton County held its 32nd graduation ceremony for the class of 2023 on May 11, at the M Event Centre, located on the grounds of Coshocton KOA.

Family, friends, and employers gathered on a warm spring evening to celebrate a year of success. Treated to presentations by members of the class, audience members learned about their year in leadership through the lens of the curriculum, Positive Leadership.

Graduates of the class of 2023 include Matthew Armstrong, Jones Metal Products; Evan Fischer, People’s Bank; Nathan Gibson, Gibson Painting; Erin Gotwals, Strawberry Hill Farm; Karri Millward Harstine, River View Local School District; Alonna Hoffman, OSU Extension – Coshocton County; Jackie Householder, Echoing Hills; Cory Humphreys, McWane Ductile; Kevin Lyngaas; Cassie Spain, C-TEC Licking County and Angie Williamson, City of Coshocton.

The class community project supported the Coshocton County Animal Shelter and Humane Animal Treatment Association and included renovation and painting of a kitchen/utility room and painting the building’s exterior.

Members and guests enjoyed dinner catered by Warehouse Catering before Executive Director Betsy Gosnell began the evening by welcoming guests; recognizing funders; employers and program planners and thanking the community for their continued support. Bob Pell, executive director for the Coshocton Foundation, welcomed and congratulated the leaders. Leadership Coshocton Advisory Board member Lisa McCoy congratulated the graduates encouraging them to use the lessons learned through Leadership Coshocton and the curriculum.
