Lee Frances Bown
Together Again
Lee Frances Bown, age 82, of Coshocton, passed away on Monday, October 21, 2024. She was born on May 26, 1942, in Coshocton to the late Lowell and Beatrice (Caton) Derbyshire.
Lee received her Bachelor’s Degree and was a Dental Hygienist before retiring. She married David Bown and spent 50 years of marriage together before he passed away on October 4, 2014.
She was a member of the Presbyterian Church of Coshocton for many years. She enjoyed reading, swimming at CHS, and helping with the Community Choir.
Lee is survived by her son, Troy (Char) Bown of Coshocton, three nieces and special friends Debbie Wallace, Kay Farrell, Paula Duling, Phady Soungradith, Susan Dobbins and Kathy Reid.
Along with her parents and husband, Lee is preceded in death by her sister Linda Chilcote and brother Jerry Derbyshire.
Calling hours will be held on Monday, October 28, 2024, from 5:00 pm t0 7:00 pm at Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 29, 2024, at 10:00 am at Roscoe Cemetery.
