To The Nellie Wesleyan Church, 126 Main Street, Nellie, OH 43844, and John Kanuckel, The Unknown Spouse of John Kanuckel and The Heirs, Devisees and Assignees of John Kanuckel, whose last known address is unknown, you are hereby notified that you have been named a Defendant in a legal action entitled, Glen Hartle and Dale Hartle, Plaintiffs vs. The Nellie Wesleyan Church, et al., Defendants. This action has been assigned Case No. 2017-CI-0052 and is pending in the Court of Common Pleas of Coshocton County, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
The object of the Complaint is to quiet the title to the real estate described in the Complaint and the prayer is to quiet all interest in said real estate owned by you. The best available legal description for said real estate is on file with the Clerk of the Coshocton County Common Pleas Court in Case No.: 2017-CI-0052.
You are required to answer the Complaint within 28 days after the last publication of this notice which will be published once each week for six successive weeks (Section 2703.14 (A) ORC). The last publication will be made on April 19, 2017 and the 28 days for answer will commence on that date.
In case of your failure to answer or otherwise respond as required by the Ohio Rules of Civil Procedure, judgment by default will be rendered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
