Having been petitioned by Mr. Alvin Raber for the vacation of the abandoned portion of TR 169 in White Eyes Township. That the abandoned portion of TR 169 through the property of Alvin and Ada Raber, beginning at their south property line and continuing to their west property line, a distance of approximately 0.100 miles. It is the intent of this action to vacate the entire abandoned portion of TR 169 in White Eyes Township. A viewing of said roadway will be held on Wednesday, July 12, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. and a public hearing will be held in the Coshocton County Commissioners Office at 401 ½ Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 19, 2017.
