ADVERTISEMENT TO BID
Sealed Bids for the construction of Wastewater treatment Plant Ultraviolet Disinfection System for the City of Coshocton will be received by Mayor in the Coshocton Municipal Building at 760 Chestnut Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 until 11:00AM, local time, December 7, 2017 and at that time and place will be publicly opened and read.
The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the construction of an Ultraviolet Disinfection System having a capacity of 6.6 million gallons per day by conversion of the existing chlorine contact tank.
The estimated construction cost for this project is $365,000.00.
Copies of the Contract Documents are on file in the Coshocton Municipal Building at 760 Chestnut Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812; in the office of Engineering Associates, Inc., 1935 Eagle Pass, Wooster, Ohio 44691; and in the Dodge and Builders Exchange offices and are available for inspection by prospective bidders. Contract Documents must be purchased from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc. for a cost of $60.00 per set, none of which is refundable. Bidders are required to register with and obtain Bidding Documents from the office of Engineering Associates, Inc.
The right is reserved by the Council of City of Coshocton, Ohio to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the City of Coshocton, Ohio.
