Legal Notice
Having been petitioned by the Bedford Township Trustees for the vacation of a portion of the platted road right-of-way of CR 3 in the unincorporated Village of West Bedford as recorded in Deed Record 2, Page 40-41. Being a portion of the excess road right-of-way of TR 51 adjoining Lots 4 and 15. The vacation will be 60 feet by 60 feet at both locations and will leave 60 feet of platted road right-of-way for CR 3 and SR 541. The vacated road right-of-way will be attached to lots 4 and 15 respectively. A viewing of said roadway will be held on Wednesday, June 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. and a public hearing will be held in the Coshocton County Commissioners Office at 401 ½ Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio on Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:00 a.m.
