COUNTY AUDITOR’S PRELIMINARY NOTICE OF DELINQUENT TAXPAYERS
MANUFACTURED HOMES AND
NOTICE OF DELINQUENT REAL TAX
PUBLICATION
I, Christine Sycks, Auditor of Coshocton County, in accordance with Section 5719.04 of the Revised Code of Ohio, do hereby give notice of the forthcoming publication of the “Delinquent Manufactured Homes Tax Lists and Duplicates” of Coshocton County, Ohio.
Said list shall contain the name of the person charged and the amount of such taxes, and the penalty, due and unpaid, as required by law.
Also, in compliance with Section 5721.03, Revised Code of Ohio, a list of the lands, lots and parts of lots returned delinquent by the County Treasurer after the 2017 August Tax Settlement will be published on October 3, 2018 and October 10, 2018 as required by law.
Such delinquent taxes may be paid at the office of the County Treasurer, 349 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio, (740) 622-2731, between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Upon approval of the County Treasurer, installment payments may be made with a written agreement. Interest charges will accrue and parcels will be subject to foreclosure proceedings as provided in Ohio Revised Code on any amounts unpaid or not under a Treasurer’s payment contract.
