NOTICE OF PROBATE OF WILL
TO: Jonathan L. Powers, Last Known Address of 2780 B. Winchester Woods, Wooster, Ohio 44691
You are hereby notified that Joanne M. Powers died on July 27, 2018, that the Last Will and Testament was admitted to probate case no. 21810101 by the Probate Court of Coshocton County, Ohio, located at 426 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 on August 10, 2018, and that Jeffrey D. Powers, Sr., 38520 CR 33, Warsaw, Ohio 43844 was appointed Executor of said decedent’s estate.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate.
After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three (3) months after the filing of the certificate.
