TUSCARAWAS TOWNSHIP BOARD OF TRUSTEES
LEGAL NOTICE OF TWO (2) PUBLIC HEARINGS TO CONSIDER THE LEVY OF AN ANNUAL MOTOR VEHICLE LICENSE TAX.
PURSUANT TO R.C. 4504.18
The Tuscarawas Township Board of Trustees will hold two (2) public hearings to consider the levy of an annual motor vehicle license tax, pursuant to R.C. 4504.18, upon the operation of motor vehicles on the public roads and highways in the unincorporated territory of Tuscarawas Township. The tax shall be at the rate of five ($5.00) annually per motor vehicle on all motor vehicles the owners of which reside in the unincorporated area of Tuscarawas Township. The public hearing meetings will be held at the Tuscarawas Township Office, 714 Cedar Street, Coshocton Ohio. Thursday, May 23rd and on Thursday, June 13th at 7:00pm.
