ESTATE OF MASON R. YOHO, DECEASED

TO: DIANA M. GORIGUS AND DON M. YOHO, ADDRESS UNKNOWN, AND ALL HEIRS AT LAW, LEGATEES AND DEVISEES AND ASSIGNS, IF ANY
You are hereby notified that Mason R. Yoho died on March 5, 2019, that the Last Will and Testament was filed in the Coshocton County Probate Court, 426 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 in case no. 21910081 on May 24, 2019, and that Hazel M. McCormick, 2013 Adams Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812 is the proposed Administrator WWA.
This notice is given to all persons who would be entitled to inherit from the decedent had the decedent died intestate. After a certificate is filed evidencing any notices given, any action to contest the validity of this will must be filed no more than three (3) months after the filing of the certificate.
You are also notified that Hazel M. McCormick has filed an application in the Court, asking to be appointed to administer decedent’s estate as Administrator WWA in the Estate of Mason R. Yoho, Case No. 21910081.
The hearing on the application will be held on the 23rd day of July, 2019 at 2:00 o’clock p.m. in the Coshocton County Probate Court, 426 Main Street, Coshocton, Ohio 43812.
You are one of the persons entitled to administer decedent’s estate, and if you wish to be considered for appointment to do so you must apply to this Court. If you do not apply, it will be considered that you renounce your right to administer the estate. The Court may appoint any suitable and competent person to administer the estate, giving due weight to relative priority of right to do so. Even if you decline appointment yourself, if you know of any reason why the above applicant is not suitable or competent, you should appear and inform the Court.
