To the unknown surviving spouse, if any; unknown children, if any; and other unknown heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and lineal descendants of Joseph Allen Wilson, Jr., and to the unknown heirs at law, next of kin, legatees, devisees, and lineal descendants of the paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents of Joseph Allen Wilson, Jr., deceased, in Coshocton, Ohio on March 22, 2019.
William M. Owens, Attorney at Law, 413 Main Street, Second Floor, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, was appointed by the Coshocton County Court of Common Pleas, Probate Division, on April 29, 2019, as Administrator of the Estate of Joseph Allen Wilson, Jr., deceased. Any persons named herein objecting to said appointment shall file objections with the court in writing within twenty-eight (28) days of the last publication date of this notice with written copies immediately mailed to William M. Owens, P.O. Box 787, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, via regular US mail.
Any other persons named herein claiming to be a lineal descendant of the
paternal grandparents and maternal grandparents of Joseph Allen Wilson, Jr., deceased, shall file a notice of their alleged lineal descendancy with the court in writing within twenty-eight (28) days of the last publication date with a written copy immediately mailed to William M. Owens, P.O. Box 787, Coshocton, Ohio 43812, via regular US mail, or they may be forever barred from receiving a share of the estate. Persons who have signed a consent to the appointment of William M. Owens as Administrator do not need to file a notice with the court or with William M. Owens. The alleged family tree has been attached to the motion for publication and has been mailed to all alleged lineal descendants for whom an address is known. Any person having knowledge of persons designated “unknown” or persons believed to have been omitted with addresses are urged to contact William M. Owens at address below in writing or by email.
