Request For Bid
Sealed bids from qualified general contractors performing all the labor and supplying all material are being accepted to construct a new, 1,800 square foot building in the Village Cemetery. The blueprint of the building has already been laid out and along with the specifications can be inspected and obtained at the address stated below and the completed building will be located at 1200 Main Street, Dresden, Ohio.
This project is tax exempt.
Bids should include:

• Statement of qualifications of GC

The Village of Dresden reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
Bids will be received through October 7, 2019 at 12 p.m. No late submissions will be accepted.
Bids will be opened in a public meeting of the Cemetery Committee on October 9, 2019 at 5:30 p.m. and voted on at the October 21, 2019 Council Meeting.
NOTE: Construction must be completed, including punch list, and the building ready for use by December 20, 2019.General contractor must meet this schedule.
