Legal Notice
Notice is hereby given to Rowley & Brown Petroleum Corporation, its successors or assigns, and Brown Petroleum Corporation, its successors or assigns, pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5301.332(A)(2) that Vernon Sadler and Dawn Sadler, husband and wife, who are the surface owners of lands located at 20558 TR 51, Warsaw, Ohio 43844 (the legal description of the 20.1368 acre tract is particularly described in the deed recorded in Volume 772, Page 4016, Coshocton County Official Records) and who took title by virtue of a deed recorded in Volume 772, Page 4016, Coshocton County Official Records, that said Vernon Sadler and Dawn Sadler, husband and wife, intend to file an affidavit of forfeiture of oil and gas rights as contained in Lease Volume 97, Page 549, Coshocton County Lease Records, at least 30 days, but not later than 60 days after the date on which notice is served or published.
