pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 5301.56 that Tracy S. Fetzer and Kristylee M. Fetzer, husband and wife, who are the surface owners of lands located at 21221 TR 282, Coshocton, Ohio (the legal description appears at the bottom of this notice ) and who took title by virtue of a deed recorded in Volume 449, Page 732, Coshocton County Official Records, that said Tracy S. Fetzer and Kristylee M. Fetzer, husband and wife, intend to file an affidavit of abandonment of a certain oil and gas rights as contained in a lease originally recorded in Volume 113, Page 751, Coshocton County Lease Records, and will command the county recorder to release said lease and all recorded assignments thereto within the county records, at least 30 days, but not later than 60 days after the date on which notice is served or published and that nothing specified in ORC 5301.56(B)(3) has occurred within the 20 years immediately preceding the date of this notice.

LEGAL DESCRIPTION:
Situated in the Township of Jackson, County of Coshocton and State of Ohio:

Being a tract of land in Lot 5, Third Quarter, Range 6W, Township 5N, Jackson Township, Coshocton County, State of Ohio and being further described as follows:

NOTE: North based on Deed (203/189). All pins indicated as set are 3/4” x 30” reinforcing bars with aluminum caps.

Beginning at a recovered ¾” pipe on the North line of Lot 5, the South line of Lot 6 and a corner of the lands of the Coshocton County Sportsman Association (333/150 and 350/546) and being located 92 deg. 33’02” a distance of five thousand eight hundred twenty and eighty hundredths (5820.80) feet from the Northwest corner of Lot 5, Third Quarter;
Thence, with the said North line of Lot 5, the said South line of Lot 6 and the South line of the said lands of the Coshocton County Sportsman Association the following two (2) courses:
1. Continuing 92 deg. 33’02” a distance of eight hundred fifty nine and thirty two hundredths (859.32) feet to a recovered ¾” pipe;
2. Continuing 92 deg. 33’02” a distance of one hundred sixty seven and seventy three hundredths (167.73 feet to a steel pin set at the Northwest corner of the lands of P.R. Jr. and M. Anderson (223/565);

Thence, with the West line of the said lands of P.R. Jr. and M. Anderson the following two (2) courses:
1. 192 deg. 24’21” a distance of one thousand eight hundred ninety six and eighty eight hundredths (1896.88) feet to a set steel pin;
2. Continuing 192 deg. 24’21” a distance of seventeen and fifty three hundredths (17.53) feet to a point in the centerline of Township Road 282;

Thence, with the said centerline of Township Road 282, the following six (6) courses:
1. 330 deg. 01’27” a distance of eighty six and twenty four hundredths (86.24) feet to a point;
2. 318 deg. 54’57” a distance of seventy and fifty six hundredths (70.56) feet to a point;
3. 303 deg. 38’13” a distance of one hundred thirty five and thirty eight (135.38) feet to a point;
4. 295 deg. 06’52” a distance of ninety one and thirty hundredths (91.30) feet to a point;
5. 287 deg. 22’32’ a distance of one hundred twenty two and no hundredths (122.00) feet to a point;

3. 290 deg. 27’27” a distance of one hundred twenty seven and seventy three hundredths (127.73) feet to a steel pin set on the East line of the lands of C.R. Kiser (294/516);

Thence, with the said East line of the lands of C.R. Kiser, 04 deg. 30’00” a distance of seventy two and seventy four hundredths (72.74) feet to a recovered ¾” x 30” reinforcing bar with aluminum cap at the Southeast corner of the lands of K.R. and B.K. Kiser (360/193 and OR 5/510);

Thence, with the said East line of the lands of K.R. and B.K. Kiser and the lands of the said Coshocton County Sportsman Association 04 deg. 30’00” a distance of one thousand two hundred fifty four and twenty five hundredths (1254.25) feet to the point of beginning.

This tract contains thirty four and one hundred forty eight thousandths (34.148) acres, more or less, as surveyed by R. Scott Johnson, Registered Professional Surveyor No. 6791, January 8, 1992.
