Linda F. (Winters) Summers

Linda F. (Winters) Summers, 72, of Coshocton passed away on Feb. 7, 2022 at Genesis Hospital in Zanesville, of complications from surgery.

She was born March 1, 1949 in Ironton, to the late Leslie and Faye (Hamilton) Winters.

Linda was a 1967 graduate of Ridgewood High School. She married Earl H. Summers on December 29, 1968. She also worked for many years and retired from The Signmaker Shop.

Linda is survived by her children, Amy (Mitch) Caley of Scotland, Louissa Summers of Newark, Anna Perdue of Zanesville, Samantha (Chad) Maynard of North Canton, and a step-daughter, Robin Kassing of Smyrna, Delaware. Along with her children, she had four grandchildren, Tia (Rich) Nash, Earl Blake Caley, Kayson and Briggs Maynard, one step granddaughter Sammie Jo Somers, one great-grandson, Parker Hollins, and special friends, Steve and Sharon Mercer.

Linda is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, two brothers, Stephen and David Winters, and one infant sister, Amy Hamilton.

Calling hours will be Saturday from 12:00pm to 2:00pm at the funeral home. Funeral services will begin at 2:00pm with Pastor Jim Gross officiating.

Per Linda’s wishes, a cremation will take place after the funeral and burial will be at a later date.

Celebratory contributions to honor Linda’s life, can be made at the Coshocton Humane Society. Linda was an avid animal lover!
