Wright Picture CroppedLinda Kay Wright, 71, of Coshocton passed away Saturday June 18, 2016 at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital.  She was born in Zanesville on February 14, 1945 to the late Neil and Mildred (Hogue) Lapp.  Linda was a graduate of Ridgewood High School and later attended the Central Ohio Technical College. After high school, she was a homemaker and wife for her husband, Jim, who was on active duty in the United States Air Force for 20 years.  During this time they lived in New Mexico, Indiana, Michigan, California, and Illinois.  After retiring from the service, they moved back to Coshocton and she worked at the Coshocton County Memorial Hospital for 28 years before retiring. Linda was a member of the Zanesville Seventh Day Adventist Church, VFW Auxiliary, American Legion Auxiliary, and Commander of Disabled American Veterans Auxiliary for 15 years.  Some of her hobbies included cross stitch, jigsaw puzzles, sewing, decorating cakes, genealogy, reading, and watching Survivor.  Linda is survived by her husband, James Wright, whom she married September 1, 1963; children Angela C. (David) Marmaduke of Las Vegas, Teresa M. (Mike) Darr of North Carolina, Gloria (Glenn) Cullison of Warsaw, and James A. Wright and fiancé Dana Delamater of Lancaster; grandchildren James and Christine Marmaduke, Tyler Wilson, and Grant and Grace Cullison; brothers Donald (Cindy) Lapp and Ricky Lapp; sister Sandy (Ken) Hall; and several nieces and nephews.  Along with her parents, Linda is preceded in death by her brother Randy Lapp.  Friends may call at the Miller Funeral Home, 639 Main St., Coshocton on Tuesday June 21, 2016 from 5:00PM- 7:00PM and one hour prior to the funeral service.  Funeral services for Linda will be held Wednesday at 11:00AM with Pastor Loren Seibold officiating.  Burial will follow at Fairfield Cemetery, West Lafayette.  An online memorial is located at www.themillerfuneralhome.com
