Male formally charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs

COSHOCTON – On Sept. 17 at approximately 3:27 p.m., the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant in the 200 block of N. 15th Street, stemming from an ongoing investigation of drug trafficking. During the execution of the search warrant, drugs and cash were seized. One male was taken into custody and is being held at the Coshocton County Justice Center pending the filing of formal charges.

On Sept. 21, Marlon F. Taylor, a 39-year-old male from the Coshocton area, was formally charged with aggravated trafficking in drugs, a felony of the second degree.

Assisting detectives at the scene were The Coshocton County Special Response Team, the Coshocton County Prosecutor’s Office and Prince’s Wrecker Service.

This incident remains under investigation by your Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office.
