Marcella May Fuller

Marcella May Fuller, 96, formerly of Coshocton, passed away peacefully at OSU Hospice on Wednesday June 12, 2024.

Marcella was born April 20, 1928, to the late Violet May and Paul Bernsdorf, Sr. in Columbus.  Marcella graduated from Mifflin High School and attended Capital University where she was a member of the cheerleading squad.

On June 26, 1949, she married the late Orville Fuller, Jr.  Surviving are three sons, Robert of Westerville, Timothy (Karen) of DuBois, PA, and Colonel (Ret.) William (Jill) of Columbus; eight grandchildren, Colonel Jeffrey (Kate) Fuller of Wiesbaden, Germany, Dr. Jennifer (Nick) Creech of Honolulu, HI, Katherine (Tyler Zvolanek) Fuller of Westerville, Leanne Fuller of DuBois, PA, Dr. Brian Fuller of Tampa, FL, Evan Fuller of Columbus, Patrick Fuller of Annandale, VA and 10 great grandchildren.

Marcella was a 60-year member of the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Coshocton.  She was extremely fond of Roscoe Village where she spent a lot of time volunteering and enjoying the charm of the Village.

Calling hours will be held on Saturday, July 13, 2024, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 1500 Pleasant Valley Dr., Coshocton. A memorial service will follow at the church at 11:00 am with Pastor Bryan Kittner officiating. Burial will be held at St. Paul’s Lutheran Cemetery. Given-Dawson-Paisley Funeral Home is serving the family.
