Melanie Arlene Hodgins
Melanie Arlene Hodgins, 61, of Coshocton passed away at Coshocton County Regional Medical Center Sept. 21, 2020.
Melanie was born on Sept. 9, 1959 in Shelbyville, IN. She loved spending time with her family, sewing, knitting and reading her Bible; she loved her Lord.
She is survived by her parents Elvin and Janice Pitcher of Coshocton; daughter Joanna (Carl Crozier) Hodgins of Coshocton; son Joshua (Elizabeth) Hodgins of Loxhatchee, FL; brother Trent (Kim) Pitcher of Lawrenceburg, IN and Kent (Ellen) Pitcher of Colorado Springs, CO; several nieces and nephews.
Melanie is preceded in death by her son Brandon Hodgins and sister Carrie Iwanicki.
Funeral services for Melanie will be held at the First Baptist Church of Coshocton, 618 Chestnut St., on Friday, Sept. 25, 2020 at 10 a.m. with Pastor Joe Sanders officiating.
Interment will follow on Friday afternoon in Asbury Cemetery in Morristown, IN at 3:30 p.m.
Due to Covid-19, we are requiring visitors coming to the church to wear their own face masks and we will be limiting the number of attendees inside the building.
