Michael Eugene Grossenbaugh
Michael Eugene Grossenbaugh, age 73, of Coshocton, passed away on Thursday, July 1, 2021. He was born April 19, 1948, in Coshocton to the late John and Leah Dobson (Fisher) Grossenbaugh.
Mike was a member of the first graduating class of River View High School in 1966. He later married Cheryl (Davis) Grossenbaugh and had three children. He served in the United States Army from 1968-1971 as a supply specialist and was a Vietnam veteran.
Mike was a press operator for GE for over 20 years and retired in the early 2000s. He was also a bus aide for MRDD. Mike was a lifetime member of the VFW, a union member for Steelworkers, and enjoyed fishing, bird watching, and tending to his flowers.
Mike is survived by his three children Josh Grossenbaugh of Coshocton, Ohio, Molly (Scott) Bates of Hebron, Ohio, and Cory (Kaylee) Grossenbaugh of Pataskala, Ohio; 5 grandchildren: RJ (13), Rebekah (11), Alexa (7), Delilah (6), and Owen (4). Michael is also survived by his brother John Stanley (Sheila) Grossenbaugh of Coshocton, Ohio.
He is preceded in death by his parents, and his step-father Ronnie Fisher.
Calling hours will be held at Given- Dawson -Paisley Funeral home from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm on Monday, July 5, 2021. A funeral service will follow on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at 11:00 am at the funeral home with Pastor Mark Granger officiating. Burial will take place at Coshocton County Memory Gardens.
