Millcreek Township accident reported
On March 24, 2022 at approximately 6:35 a.m. the Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office received a 911 call in regards to a possible injury accident on State Route 83 near Township Road 209 in Millcreek Township.
Upon arrival of deputies, it was determined that 51-year-old Kristine Kurtz of Port Washington was traveling Northbound on SR 83 when she swerved to avoid hitting a deer. Kurtz then lost control of her vehicle and drove off the roadway to the left striking the guardrail. Kurtz’s vehicle then spun around and went off the right side of the roadway into a ditch. Kurtz reported no injuries.
Assisting on scene was the Three Rivers Fire District, Coshocton County EMS and Prince’s Wrecker Service.
