Museum hosts program for preschoolers

| June 1, 2014

COSHOCTON – The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum invites preschoolers (2–5-years-old) to “play with the animals” at 10 a.m. on Tuesdays in June.

Each week kids will visit a different gallery and hunt for the featured animal. Once they find it, they will play animal games and make a craft to take home. The program lasts 30 minutes but parents and children are welcome to explore the museum on their own for the remaining hour. Play with the Animals is free and no reservations are needed.

For more information contact the museum at 622-8710 or e-mail jhmuseum@jhmuseum.org.

The Johnson-Humrickhouse Museum is located in Historic Roscoe Village, a restored canal-era town sited along the former Ohio & Erie Canal, at 300 N. Whitewoman St. Play with the Animals is funded by the Coshocton Junior Woman’s Club.
