MVHC distributing free N95 masks to community
Earlier this year, MVHC debuted their Mobile Health Program to provide community members access to care at locations that meet their needs. The program consists of three fully equipped mobile clinic vehicles, complete with a full exam room and lab capabilities, as well as a sprinter van. In the past, the sprinter van has been used for COVID-19 testing and vaccinations, patient education, and community outreach. As of last week, the sprinter van has been set up in various locations throughout Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, and Muskingum Counties distributing free N95 masks to community members.
“Last week we were able to get over 1,200 free N95 masks in the hands of community members”, said Dan Atkinson, CEO of MVHC. “These masks are extremely helpful in combatting the spread of COVID-19 and we want to ensure everyone has access to them.”
MVHC will continue to set up in Coshocton, Guernsey, Morgan, and Muskingum Counties distributing masks while supplies last.
This week, they will be at the following locations:
- Wednesday, February 16th – 401 Main Street in Coshocton from 10am to 2pm
- Thursday, February 17th – 30 N. Kennebec Avenue in McConnelsville from 10am to 2pm
- Friday, February 18th – 28 S 6th Street in Zanesville from 10:30am to 1:30pm
