Nancy E. Buxton
NEW MOSCOW- Nancy Elaine (Emler) Buxton, 63, of CR 297, died Tuesday, Feb. 4, 2014 at her residence.
She was born July 12, 1950 in Coshocton to Janice (Haines) Emler of New Moscow, who survives. She was a 1968 graduate of River View High School. She was a former employee of AEP Columbus & Southern, the Longaberger Co., and Kraft Foods. She was a caring mother and wife, who enjoyed cooking and was known for her excellent baked beans. She has also recently been a caregiver for her mother.
The joy of Nancy’s life was her family, which includes three children; Andrea (Doug) Fry of Coshocton, Laurie (Dave) Melick of Newark, and Derrick (Rachael) Buxton of Warsaw, eight grandchildren; Brett & Bryce Fry, Connor, Logan & Elise Melick, and Brodey, Audrey, & Wesley Buxton, six sisters; Connie (Bob) Wood, Johnna (Bob) McCormick, Becky Emler, Merri Ann Byers, Kelly Emler, and Robin Feberer, a brother, Jon Emler, aunts and uncles, George & Judy Haines, Sue & Charlie Art, and Marvin & Donna Haines, a nephew, Eric Guilliams (Mandy), and nieces, Tracy (Don) Sorg, Amy (Steve) Tyner, Bobbie (Dennis) Huffman, and Megan (Steve) Bell.
She is preceded in death by the father of her children, Rick Buxton, a brother, Kevin Emler, and her grandparents, George & Mildred Haines.
Funeral services will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014 at the Fischer Funeral Home in Warsaw with Pastor Dave Fowls officiating. Burial will follow in New Guilford Cemetery. Visitation is one hour prior to service time. www.fischerfuneralhome.com
