Lepley002SEBRING, FL – Natalie JoAnne Lepley, 90, of Sebring, passed away on Monday, June 15, 2015 at The Palms of Sebring.

Natalie was born Jan. 25, 1925 in New Guilford, Ohio to the late Everett and Bess (Fischer) Van Winkle.

She retired from United Telephone Company as a Public Relations Representative in Mansfield, Ohio.  She was extremely active in her younger years as a 4-H Club Leader, affiliated with the Farm Bureau Women’s Group, a member of the Mount Vernon Quilters Club, where she won several awards for her prized quilts, and was a 60 year plus member of the Order of the Eastern Star.  She and her husband, Jack, moved to Sebring 25 years ago where she enjoyed volunteering at Highlands Regional Medical Center.  During her final years, Natalie was a great addition to her sister, Kaye’s stores in Sebring, Happy Owl, and LeAttique.  Natalie will be greatly missed by her family and friends, we gain comfort in the fact that she has reunited with her loving husband, son, and granddaughter.

Natalie is survived by her son, Lon (Marcia) Lepley;  her daughter, Deborah Lepley (Barbara); her sister, Kaye Pigman; 2 grandchildren, Jason Lepley and Julie (Jason) Mallett; 2 great grandchildren, Natalie & Devon Mallett; aunt, Ione Mowrey; sister-in-law, RuthAnn (John) Mason; 2 nephews, Dr. Cary Pigman and John Mason; 3 nieces, Lynette Fulton, Suzette (Cliff) Rhoades, and Jennifer (Martin) Rossol.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Raymond Lepley, whom she married Dec. 14, 1946, he died Nov. 28, 2003.  She was also preceded in death by a son, Stanely R. Lepley and a granddaughter, Jo Ann Lepley.

A private family memorial service will be held Wednesday, July 1, 2015 at 1:00 p.m. at the Fischer Funeral Home in WARSAW with Pastor Ben McKinstry officiating.  A private burial will take place at the Bethel Cemetery in Knox County.
