New business venture to open in May

COSHOCTON – Commonwealth Americana is a new business venture opening in May to sell made-in-Coshocton arts, crafts, and home wares for the tourist retail market in Roscoe Village. Founded by Edward Kiefer and Robert Colby, Commonwealth Americana will open initially at Kiefer’s Florist on Hill Street in Roscoe Village.

Commonwealth Americana seeks to partner with Coshocton County craftsmen, artisans, and creative types of all kinds to sell their distinctive arts, crafts, and home wares on a 25% markup on all consigned goods. If you have products that you would like Commonwealth Americana to consider featuring, or have ideas about products and would like suggestions on how to develop them, come to Kiefer’s Florist on April 2 at 5:30 p.m. with some examples of your work.
