October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month

| October 18, 2021

October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and First Step Family Violence Intervention Services, Inc., is asking area agencies to wear purple and show their support in domestic violence awareness. On Thursday, Oct. 21, wear purple, gather your staff members and take a picture to show your support. After you have taken your picture you can send it to firststepcosh@sbcglobal.net so they can upload it to their Facebook page. You can also post on your company Facebook and tag CoshoctonCounty FirstStep.

First Step also will be displaying the clothesline project. They encourage anyone and everyone to stop by the office to show their support to the victims and survivors of violence and for anyone who does they will be entered into a drawing for a Wal-Mart gift card.
