COSHOCTON – Weather permitting Otsego Avenue will be closed from approximately Johnson’s Plumbing to Kids America on Monday, Aug. 22 at 8 a.m. and will reopen Tuesday, Aug. 23 some time in the evening. This closure is for pipe installation.
