COSHOCTON – This is Rocky. He is three to four years old. Very quiet here at the shelter. He is attentive on a leash, was not sure to get up on couch. He is a very nice little guy and didn’t seem to bother or mind the kitty. He was picked up by the dog warden but no one has claimed him. His adoption fee is $50.
